Located on the East Coast of Zanzibar, Our client is superb 5 stars all inclusive Resort nestled in the midst of exotic gardens on the beach front at Pwani Machangani overlooking the turquoise water of the Indian Ocean. The exclusive and elegant atmosphere of the hotel is perfect for guests avid of a perfect hideaway which have 104 deluxe gardens rooms, 40 ocean view junior suites, 10 additional junior suites with Jacuzzi and 3 beach villas with private pool. The 5 Restaurants offer guests an exceptional variety of dining options and 3 bars feature relaxing environments to enjoy refreshing drinks and cocktails

Currently they need the candidate to fill position as:

ASIAN CHEF (SOUS CHEF LEVEL) – BASIC SALARY US$ 1400 net of taxes

QUALIFICATION:

1.    Hands-on chef

2.    Previous working experiences in Deluxe International Hotels, minimum 5-8 years

3.    Sound knowledge of Asian Fusion Cuisine and  Mediterranean Creative Cuisine

4.    Good health, well groomed and with high standard of personal appearance and hygiene at all times

5.    Physically strong, energetic and dynamic person with a positive and motivated attitude and exercise self control.

6.    Fluent in spoken & written English
